Meet Our Founders

 

Ari Miller

Ari Miller is a founding member and the Managing Partner at Miller, George & Suggs, PLLC. He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2005 and is also a member of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Ari graduated with honors from the University of Florida in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He graduated cum laude from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law in December of 2004. While in law school, Ari was a member of Florida Blue Key and Vice-Chancellor of the Honor Court. He has practice experience in the areas of Landlord-Tenant, Real Estate, Homeowner and Condo Association Law, Consumer Fraud, Civil Rights, Employment Discrimination, Disability Law and General Civil Litigation.

Ari serves on the board of directors of the American Legal & Finance Network (ALFN) and was a recipient of the Picture the Future Award from the ALFN.

Dustin George

Dustin George

Dustin George is a founding member of Miller, George & Suggs, PLLC. Dustin manages the firm’s Texas practice. Dustin has represented mortgage lenders and servicers in all areas of the mortgage default practice area for almost twelve years. His broad knowledge of mortgage default comes from handling a variety of contested and uncontested matters from start to finish. Dustin has handled non-judicial and judicial foreclosures from initial referral through sale, evictions through appeal, title curative matters, litigated matters through appeal, and has even auctioned properties on the courthouse steps as a substitute trustee. He is an experienced litigator who prides himself in his ability to resolve contested matters as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Dustin is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association. He is also admitted to practice in the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and all districts of the United States District Courts in Texas.

Dustin graduated cum laude from Texas Tech University in 2005 with a degree in business economics and earned his Juris Doctorate from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2008. During law school, he was a published member of the Texas Tech Administrative Law Journal. Dustin has been recognized as a Rising Star by Texas Super Lawyers every year from 2018 to 2022.

Reshaundra Marie Suggs

ReShaundra Marie Suggs

ReShaundra Marie Suggs, is a founding member of Miller, George & Suggs, PLLC and manages the firm’s bankruptcy practice.  ReShaundra graduated from Case Western Reserve University in 2003 with a degree in Economics and then earned her Juris Doctorate from University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2006.  ReShaundra has over fourteen years of legal experience in the areas of bankruptcy and creditors rights, real estate law, regulatory and compliance, and public finance law.  ReShaundra specializes in and has represented mortgage lenders and servicers in all aspects of bankruptcy and creditors rights for over eleven years.  Moreover, she has managed the bankruptcy practices for two multi-state law firms.   Additionally, she has also represented creditors in the mortgage default practice area specifically in foreclosure, litigation, and eviction. 

 

ReShaundra is a member of the Florida Bar and the Palm Beach County Bar Association.  She is admitted to practice in the states of Ohio and Florida, in all districts of the United States District Courts in Florida, in all three District of Florida Bankruptcy Courts, and the Eastern District of Texas Bankruptcy Court. 

 

ReShaundra serves as a Co-Chair on the Florida Bar’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee.  ReShaundra is a member of the American Legal & Financial Network’s (ALFN) Bankruptcy Practice Group, Junior Professional & Executive Group and Women in Legal Leadership.  She previously served on the Leadership Board of the ALFN’s Women in Legal Leadership and was a recipient of the ALFN’s Picture the Future Award.
